Having spent 35 years sitting behind a desk, I am now spending my new found freedom with our canine companions.

I live in the Effingham/Bookham area of Surrey, within easy reach of National Trust land (Polsden Lacey, Hatchlands, Bookham Common, Ranmore Common and White Down) all of which offer excellent dog walking facilities. I am also just half an hour's drive from Gatwick Airport.

I am a genuine dog lover with 16 years experience of dog ownership and training my own dogs. I currently own Ellie, a 10 year old Beagle and Fudge, a 3 year old Chocolate Labrador. Both Ellie and Fudge have achieved their Kennel Club Good Citizen Bronze Awards and enjoy doing agility and Heelwork to Music. Fudge also does gundog training.

Since 2004 I have been assisting with puppy training classes, using the positive method of rewarding good behaviour.
